Kafom K

KAFOM K is a systemic fungicide effective against Phytophthora spp. and Plasmopara viticola, acting preventively and curatively through a dual mode of action.
On one hand, the product has an indirect mode of action: following application, potassium phosphonate activates the plant’s defense system by inducing phytoalexin synthesis, inhibiting spore germination and fungal development.

Additionally, the product can act directly by inhibiting germination and fungal growth in the plant.

It can be applied both via foliar spray and root irrigation. Once absorbed, it moves rapidly through the plant via both xylem (upward) and phloem (downward), enhancing systemic effectiveness.
