Bacix®

BACIX® is a new-generation microbiological fungicide based on Bacillus subtilis (strain IAB/BS03), developed for the effective protection of crops against fungal diseases such as Botrytis cinerea.

BACIX® acts through a multiple mode of action: it competes for space and nutrients with pathogenic microorganisms, produces compounds with antifungal activity, and activates the plant’s defense mechanisms (SAR). This combination of effects helps prevent disease development and improves crop resistance under adverse conditions.

In addition, the biological activity of the selected strain promotes better crop development, enhancing plant vigor and contributing to healthier and more productive plants.

BACIX® is a wettable powder, safe for beneficial insects, with a pre-harvest interval of only 1 day.
